Text
An individual who would be eligible for aid or
assistance under one (1) of the other approved state plans except for an
eligibility condition or other requirement in the plan that is specifically
prohibited in a Medicaid program under Title XIX of the federal Social
Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1396 et seq.) is eligible to receive Medicaid.
