Text
An individual who:
(1)is receiving monthly assistance payments or medical services;
or
(2)would be eligible to receive medical services under the aid to
dependent children assistance category or under the state
supplemental assistance program for the aged, blind, or disabled;
is eligible to receive Medicaid.
