§ 12-15-2-21 — Ineligibility due to noncompliance
Notwithstanding any other provision of this
article, a person who is ineligible for assistance under IC 12-14-2
because of noncompliance with IC 12-14-2-21, IC 12-14-2-24, IC 12-14-2-26, or IC 12-14-5.5 is ineligible for Medicaid under this
article.
