Text
The county office shall determine eligibility
and shall certify to the office at the time and in the manner required by
the office a list of individuals who have been found eligible to receive
Medicaid and the effective date for the payment of assistance under
this chapter. The date must be one (1) month before the first day of the
month in which the application or request is made.
