Text

An individual:

(1)who is less than eighteen (18) years of age;
(2)who is described in 42 U.S.C. 1396a(a)(10)(A)(ii); and
(3)who is:
(A)a child in need of services (as defined in IC 31-34-1);
(B)a child placed in the custody of the department of child services under IC 31-35-6-1 (or IC 31-6-5-5 before its repeal); or
(C)a child placed under the supervision or in the custody of the department of child services by an order of the court; is eligible to receive Medicaid. [Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 12-1-7-14.4(14).]
