Indiana Statutes
§ 12-15-2-10 — Individuals eligible; long term care program participants
An individual who:
(1)is at least sixty-five (65) years of age;
(2)participates in the Indiana long term care program under IC 12-15-39.6; and
(3)satisfies the requirements under IC 12-15-39.6-8;
is eligible to receive Medicaid.
