Text

An individual who:

(1)is at least sixty-five (65) years of age;
(2)participates in the Indiana long term care program under IC 12-15-39.6; and
(3)satisfies the requirements under IC 12-15-39.6-8; is eligible to receive Medicaid. [Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 12-1-7-14.4(8).]
