6.For state fiscal years beginning after June
30, 2007, the total amount of payments to hospitals under sections 9
and 9.5 of this chapter may not exceed the amount paid to hospitals
under sections 9 and 9.5 of this chapter for the state fiscal year ending
June 30, 2007.
