§ 12-15-10-2 — Licensed or otherwise qualified providers; participation in Medicaid program
If a provider is required to be licensed or
otherwise qualified under Indiana law or the law of another state, the
assistance must be obtained from a provider who is licensed or
otherwise qualified and is enrolled to participate in the Medicaid
program.
