§ 12-15-1-8 — Receipt of assistance in adult category before January 1, 1974; automatic coverage
An individual who receives assistance in one
(1)of the adult categories before January 1, 1974, is not required to
make a new application and is automatically covered by the plan while
the individual remains eligible.
