Text
The office may pay to the Secretary of the
United States Department of Health and Human Services one-half (1/2)
of the administrative cost of carrying out the agreement. However, with
respect to an individual eligible for benefits under the federal
Supplemental Security Income program the costs must only include
those costs which are additional to the cost in carrying out the
Supplemental Security Income program.
