5. The following may not advertise or otherwise market the Medicaid program:
(1)A state agency.
(2)A person that has contracted with the office of the secretary
under the Medicaid program except to indicate their participation
in the program.
The secretary may adopt rules concerning permissible advertising or
marketing indicating participation in the Medicaid program by a person
that has contracted with the office of the secretary.
