Text
The secretary may:
(1)take actions;
(2)give directions; and
(3)adopt procedures and rules under IC 4-22-2;
necessary to carry out the Medicaid program and the federal Social
Security Act to provide Medicaid and ensure uniform equitable
treatment of applicants for and recipients of Medicaid.
