§ 12-14-8-7 — Reporting of cancellation, revocation, or suspension of assistance
Whenever assistance is:
(1)canceled;
(2)revoked;
(3)suspended; or
(4)in any way changed;
the county office shall report the decision and the record of the
investigation to the division immediately.
