§ 12-14-8-1 — Appeals
If:
(1)an application is not acted upon by the county office within a
reasonable time after the filing of the application;
(2)an application is denied; or
(3)assistance previously granted is modified or revoked;
the applicant may appeal to the division in the manner and form
required by the division.
