Text
Unless otherwise determined by the director, in addition to the amount paid under section 1 of this chapter, not more than eight hundred dollars ($800) shall be paid for the cemetery's expenses for the following:
(1)To cover provision of burial rights if necessary.
(2)Opening and closing a burial plot and provision of an outer
container.
(3)Service required by the cemetery authorities.
