Indiana Statutes
§ 12-14-5-5 — Division plan for vocational and educational training in each county
The division shall adopt a plan for furnishing in each county:
(1)vocational training; and
(2)educational training;
that allows an individual described in section 1 of this chapter to
develop the skills to obtain a state of Indiana general educational
development (GED) diploma.
