Text

(a)The division shall require parents for whom education or training is suitable and available to do the following for the continuation of the family assistance grant:
(1)Participate in an educational program designed to enhance opportunities for employment.
(2)Attend a vocational training or retraining facility.
(b)Additional money may be made available and payments made for vocational training and other expenses to persons furnishing the vocational training or the person receiving the training. [Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 12-1-7-4(d).]
