Text
Sections 1 through 5 of this chapter apply to an individual who is:
(1)less than eighteen (18) years of age and not enrolled in an
educational or a vocational training program; or
(2)a parent of a dependent child who has not graduated from high
school or earned a:
(A)high school equivalency certificate; or
(B)state of Indiana general educational development (GED)
diploma;
and is a member of a family that receives TANF.
