Text
(a)If referred by a court, an individual who
meets the requirements of section 2 of this chapter may receive federal
Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits.
(b)If referred by a court, an individual who meets the requirements
of section 3 of this chapter may receive TANF benefits for not more
than twelve (12) months.
