Text
If a county director or designated employee
transmits registration applications or declinations by hand delivery
under section 5(1) of this chapter, the circuit court clerk or board of
registration shall provide the director or designated employee with a
receipt for the forms. The receipt must state the date and time of
delivery, and the printed name and signature of the person who
received the forms.
