§ 12-14-25-5 — Methods for transmittal of voter registration applications or declinations
Indiana·Art. 14 FAMILY ASSISTANCE SERVICES·Ch. 25 Voter Registration Services and Food Stamp Program
A designated employee may use any of the following methods to transmit voter registration applications or declinations under section 3 or 4 of this chapter:
(1)Hand delivery to the county voter registration office.
(2)Delivery by the United States Postal Service, using first class
mail.
(3)Electronic transfer, after approval by the co-directors of the
election division.
