§ 12-14-23-8 — Community action agencies; consultation with neighborhood based organizations
Each community action agency shall consult neighborhood based organizations composed of:
(1)residents of the area served; or
(2)members of the groups served;
to assist the agency in the planning, conduct, and evaluation of
components of the community action program.
