§ 12-14-22-12 — Termination of Indiana residency; temporary absence
An individual who has applied for or is
receiving assistance under this article and who moves out of and does
not reside in Indiana is ineligible to receive assistance in Indiana.
However, temporary absence from Indiana or the county, for a period
of time and for reasons that the division approves, does not interrupt
the residence of the recipient as prescribed in this article.
