Text

A person who:

(1)is not a citizen of the United States;
(2)is a qualified alien, as defined in 8 U.S.C. 1641(b); and
(3)meets all other eligibility criteria under this chapter; is eligible for the TANF program, subject to 8 U.S.C. 1612 and 8 U.S.C. 1613.
