Text
(a)To be eligible for assistance under this
article, a parent or an essential person must register at the parent's or
essential person's local employment and training office:
(1)when the person first applies for assistance; and
(2)each time the person reapplies for assistance.
(b)Assistance shall be denied to a person who does not comply with
subsection (a).
