§ 12-14-2-16 — Child living with relative prescribed in IC 12-7-2-58
Indiana·Art. 14 FAMILY ASSISTANCE SERVICES·Ch. 2 Temporary Assistance for Needy Families; Granting of
If an investigation discloses that a child is a
dependent child and the child is living or will live with at least one (1)
of the relatives prescribed in IC 12-7-2-58, assistance may be allowed
for the support of the child without complying with an Indiana law
other than this article.
