§ 12-14-15-2 — Inmates; commencement of assistance
Indiana·Art. 14 FAMILY ASSISTANCE SERVICES·Ch. 15 Supplemental Assistance for Persons With Disabilities
An inmate may apply for assistance under this
chapter. However, if assistance is granted, the assistance may not begin
until the individual is no longer an inmate.
