Text

(a)The county office shall submit to the division within fifteen (15) working days the county office's recommendations concerning an application for assistance under this chapter.
(b)The division shall act upon a recommendation under subsection
(a)within thirty (30) working days.
(c)The time limits imposed under subsections (a) and (b) do not apply if either of the following occurs:
(1)The application is incomplete.
