Text
If a county director does not designate an
employee under section 2 of this chapter, the director is the individual
responsible for performing the voter registration duties of the office
under this chapter at that county office. The county director shall
supervise the registration of voters by office employees and shall
perform any other registration duty required to be performed by the
office under this chapter. Notwithstanding the designation of the
county director under this section, any employee of the office may
perform registration duties in accordance with this chapter.
