Text
A county director may designate an employee
of the office as the individual responsible for performing the voter
registration duties of the office under this chapter at that county office.
The employee designated under this section shall supervise the
registration of voters by other employees of the office and shall
perform any other registration duty required to be performed by the
office under this chapter. Notwithstanding this designation, any
employee of the office may perform registration duties in accordance
with this chapter.
