§ 12-14-1-2 — Application; residence of child or pregnant woman
Indiana·Art. 14 FAMILY ASSISTANCE SERVICES·Ch. 1 Temporary Assistance for Needy Families; Eligibility
An application for a dependent child under this
article, or for a woman described in section 1(f) of this chapter, must
be made to the county office of the county where the dependent child
or woman resides.
