§ 12-13-7-9 — Payment and deposit of money

Text
(a)Money:
(1)received from the federal government by the treasurer of state
to defray the expenses and pay the claims and obligations
incurred in the administration of the federal Social Security Act;
(2)received from any other source; and
(3)that under IC 12-13 through IC 12-19 the division and county
offices may collect, receive, and administer;
shall be paid into the respective funds or respective accounts of the
state general fund.
(b)Money received under subsection (a) for the following
population groups shall be deposited as follows:
(1)Old age assistance shall be paid into the old age assistance
account.
(2)Services for dependent children shall be paid into the aid to
dependent children account.
(3)Assistance to the needy blind shall be paid into the needy
blind account.
