(a)The division is designated as the state
agency to cooperate with the federal government in the administration
of the following provisions of the federal Social Security Act:
(b)The division shall cooperate with the appropriate departments
of the federal government and with all other departments of state and
local governments in the:
(1)enforcement and administration of;
(2)amendments to; and
(3)regulations issued under;
the provision described in subsection (a).
