§ 12-13-7-18 — Budget
The director of the division shall prepare a
biennial budget of money necessary to be appropriated by the general
assembly for the division for the purposes of IC 12-13 through IC 12-19. The budget must include an estimate of all federal money that
may be allotted to the state by the federal government for the purposes
of the division. The budget shall be submitted to and filed with the
budget director.
