Text
(a)Each county auditor shall keep records and
make reports relating to the county welfare fund (before July 1, 2001),
the family and children's fund (before January 1, 2009), and other
financial transactions as required under IC 12-13 through IC 12-19 and
as required by the division or the department of child services.
(b)All records provided for in IC 12-13 through IC 12-19 shall be
kept, prepared, and submitted in the form required by the division or
the department of child services and the state board of accounts.
