The division of family resources shall provide to the following entities in the county a list of dentists practicing in the county who provide dental services under the Medicaid program (IC 12-15) or the children's health insurance program (IC 12-17.6):

(1)Head Start programs (42 U.S.C. 9831 et seq.).

(2)Women, infants, and children nutrition programs (as defined in IC 16-35-1.5-5).

(3)Maternal and child health clinics (as defined in IC 16-46-5-5).

(4)The local health department.

(5)School nurses appointed under IC 20-34-3-6.

(6)Child care centers licensed under IC 12-17.2-4.

(7)The township trustees.
