Text
The state excise police may investigate allegations of fraud within the EBT program, including investigations of the following persons:
(1)Applicants.
(2)Recipients.
(3)Retailers that participate in the EBT program.
(4)Individuals who sell or purchase access to cash assistance
benefits in violation of any federal or state law or regulation.
