5.Not later than November 1, 2019, the
division shall review and revise the division's current policy regarding
make-up therapy sessions, including defining what constitutes a
"make-up" or "missed" session, based on recommendations from the
council. The revised policy must allow for make-up sessions and must
be based on a child's current development progress and the goals of the
individualized family service plan.
