Text
The council shall prepare and approve a budget using funds under this chapter to do the following:
(1)Conduct hearings and forums.
(2)Pay per diem and travel and other expenses as provided in
section 14.5 of this chapter to members of the council.
(3)Hire the staff and obtain services that are necessary to carry
out the council's functions.
