Text
(a)The council shall annually elect a
chairperson and vice chairperson from within its membership.
(b)A member of the council who is a representative of the division
may not serve as chairperson or vice chairperson of the council.
(c)A chairperson and vice chairperson may be reelected for
succeeding terms.
