Text
As used in this chapter, "agency" means a department, a commission, a council, a board, a bureau, a division, a service, an office, or an administration that is responsible for providing services to infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families, including the following:
(1)The division of mental health and addiction.
(2)The Indiana department of health.
(3)The division of family resources.
(4)The division of disability, aging, and rehabilitative services.
(5)The department of education.
(6)The department of child services.
