§ 12-12-8-8 — Terms of council members; limitation
(a)A member appointed to the council by the
governor serves a term of three (3) years, beginning on July 1 after
appointment. However, a member appointed to fill a vacancy on the
council serves for the remainder of the unexpired term.
(b)A member appointed to the council by the governor may not
serve more than two (2) consecutive terms.
