§ 12-12-8-3 — "Cross-disability" defined
As used in this chapter, "cross-disability"
means, with respect to a center for independent living, that a center
provides independent living services to individuals representing a
range of significant disabilities and does not require the presence of
one (1) or more specific significant disabilities before determining that
an individual is eligible for independent living services.
