§ 12-12-6-1 — "Rehabilitation technology" defined
As used in this chapter, "rehabilitation
technology" means the provision of physical devices or the adaptation
of the physical environment to enable persons with physical disabilities
to perform everyday activities in a workplace, in an educational setting,
or in a home or other place of residence.
