Indiana Statutes
§ 12-12-3-1 — Establishing or contracting for establishment of center
The bureau shall:
(1)establish, equip, and operate; or
(2)contract to establish, equip, and operate;
a rehabilitation center to assure that comprehensive rehabilitation
services are available to blind and visually impaired individuals.
