Text
(a)The commission may appoint advisory
committees necessary to advise the director and the bureau.
(b)A member of an advisory committee appointed under this
section is entitled to the following:
(1)The minimum salary per diem as provided in IC 4-10-11-2.1(b) for each day spent on the official business of the
advisory committee.
(2)Reimbursement for traveling and other expenses as provided
in the state travel policies and procedures established by the
Indiana department of administration and approved by the budget
agency.
