Indiana Statutes
§ 12-11-8-1 — "Autism"
As used in this chapter, "autism" means an
autism spectrum disorder that is described in the most recent edition of
the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders of the
American Psychiatric Association.
