Text
(a)The direct support professional training
program fund is established for the purpose of providing funding for
the training program established under this chapter. The division shall
administer the fund.
(b)The fund consists of the following:
(1)Money deposited in the fund under section 7 of this chapter.
(2)All earnings on investments in the fund.
(c)Money in the fund may only be used for the following:
(1)Costs associated with:
(A)operating the training program established under this
chapter; and
(B)operating or making changes to the direct support
professional registry established under section 2 of this chapter.
(2)Costs to make changes to the training curriculum described in
section 3 of this chapter.
(3)Expenses of administering the fund.
(d)The treasurer of state shall
