§ 12-11-14-8 — "Qualified disability expense"

Indiana·Art. 11 SERVICES FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH·Ch. 14 Achieving a Better Life Experience (ABLE) Program

As used in this chapter, "qualified disability expense" means any expenses related to the eligible individual's blindness or disability that are incurred for the benefit of an eligible individual who is the designated beneficiary, including the following expenses:

(1)Education.
(2)Housing.
(3)Transportation.
(4)Employment training and support.
(5)Assistive technology and personal support services.
(6)Health.
(7)Prevention and wellness.
(8)Management and administration.
(9)Legal fees.
(10)Oversight and monitoring.
(11)Funeral and burial.
(12)Other expenses approved by the federal government for a qualified ABLE program.
