§ 12-11-14-16 — Not a conflict of interest to serve on authority; disclosure of conflicts by member
Indiana·Art. 11 SERVICES FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH·Ch. 14 Achieving a Better Life Experience (ABLE) Program
Notwithstanding any other law, it is not a
conflict of interest or violation of any other law for a person to serve as
a member of the authority. However, a member shall disclose a conflict
of interest relating to actions of the authority as required and in a
manner provided by IC 35-44.1-1-4.
